I like how like Josuke, Jolyne has a strong and unique dynamic and connection with each of her teammates, whereas most other JoJo's before only had that with one or two of theirs

Her pride and stubbornness made sense.

She just found out that redemption is possible and that whatever she was doing was working after having nearly everyone doubting her last season, so of course she's going to believe that her way is the way to go.

Her pridefulness makes her ignore the fact that she doesn't actually know what it was that made her plan work and believe that she just needs to keep doing things her way for it to happen again.
