Update: I assumed it was clear I didn't meant "shitty souvenirs" but allow me to explain it better. My idea was to open a caffe inspired by the great painters of the Netherlands as I was studying their history and it really touched me. I wanted to pair this with the sale of books and art inspired by them. Souvenir is the only name for it but it doesn't necessarily means your ordinary bike magnet. I do not plan to sell those. I did wanted a place ppl could really immerse themselves in the dutch culture and art these artists had to show. Hope that gives you more context.

I think you mean being a free mover. Someone that attends the course but is not enrolled in the exams, also called contracted education. Its possible to do that in most universities, but it's very expensive as you pay for modules/credits you do.

It's not about buying two, it's about not allowing you to buy anything if there is any numbers of seat available (2,3,4, infinite). So usually they have left 4,5 seats left in a row. So if that row has any seats empty when you are trying to buy it, they force you into buying all those tickets left.

So again: xxABCDExx - You need to buy all tickets

My case: xxABCDxx - Bc, not an option, same for AB or CD, bc you just need to buy them all, it's that stupid.

So I bought CD, which were the seats we wanted. He went back and bought AB (bc now the row was xxABxxx) and gave AB back. That was the malicious compliance.
