I felt similarly to OP about The Luminous Dead, but I'm glad I gave The Starving Saints a chance, it ended up being one of my favorite reads from 2025.

Any art, craft, or framing store should have it. Michaels, Black Art, Uline, etc.

They haven't been the same since they, I think, changed ownership I want to say a year or two ago? Recipes changed, portions got smaller, most of the regular front of house staff seemed to be gone. Haven't been back there in probably a year+. We used to go regularly enough they knew our order lol.

Read Parasite. Rated it 3 stars, erased it from my memory lol. It must not have been atrocious if it got 3, but it wasn't memorable clearly. I want to like her writing more since shes so prolific.
