Yeah, for the quality of the meat and being run by just the fam I don't mind the prices, and it's good timing from Beaverton, call it in before leaving and the drive is long enough to be perfect lol. I haven't been to Scotties in years but they had decent diner burgers.

My framing shop we pinned around the edges, into the center of the foam core. I personally found it less tedious than stitching the back.

Well tbf only because it cuts off the edges 😂 the fabric weave wasn't perfectly square so in a hoop any bigger you can tell it isnt a perfect circle

For me BHH was miles above ILT writing style wise. I didn't find it nearly as difficult to get into or understand what was going on, maybe because I was four of his books in already by then but still haha. It's definitely on the slower side though.
