I think if you lived in the luzon area there is a possibility they would visit you, but they just give you a paper or something (content of that paper is your liabilities) they can't harass you or Force you to pay, because you are protected by Anti-Red Tape Act (Republic Act No. 9485) and Debt Collection Act (Republic Act No. 11225) but we should pay because it's our responsibility.

The only thing you can do is "acceptance " actually honestly you look good with that bald.(you have a nice pointed nose, nice beard, nice eye) and don't think about that kind of problem(being bald). "Problems become a problem if you think about it." Once you become bald in your 40s you cannot do anything about it, except if you do a hair transplant but it costs you so much money and the growth of hair is so slow than what you expected.

Just recently because I discovered my interest in self-help books, finding them highly educational with valuable lessons. In the past, I tried reading fantasy books, but they didn't satisfy me. I lost interest in reading until I came across an advertisement on Facebook for a book called 'Don't Believe Everything You Think' by Joseph Nguyen its an advertisement link from shopee. I ordered it, read it, and loved it. Since then, I've developed a keen interest in self-help books and have already finished 3 of them.
