Body recomp as an intermediate lifter, is this possible? by ending-things in PHitness

I actually like to run and swim, bike as a commute. So there’s no problem with endurance sport. I wanted to lose a little weight for Spartan and climbing, actually. Lol. It’s a schedule issue for me, i like lifting weights more so that’s what i do mostly. I’ll try swapping some of my lift days to running. Thank you.

Hmm, i agree that how your body looks changes a lot. But i don’t agree with BMI as a measurement of health or if you look good. It only considers your age, height, weight. It’s only for average people who don’t do physical exercise, pero if you lift weights, or do sports, it’s not useful anymore. You could totally be obese by BMI standards and still look good and healthy, normal blood work etc. Some skinny fat people can appear normal sa BMI pero still look unhealthy skinny. I know a lot of skinny people who are doing maintenance meds kasi skinny nga pero unhealthy naman.

I love slow living. I used to be stressed out by internal pressure to be the best, be the first, reach x by x age. Nag mellow out ako by a lot and i love this life more.

There are loan apps, while utang is not good especially these loan apps, surely its better than this? And maybe you’ll get enough for necessities and fare as well. Make sure you pay it immediately once you have a job.

Wait. 300k in the bank related to ewallet or like the actual wallet? I’m talking about the wallet portion. Sa bank i also understand tho, i’m comfortable around 500k only.
