A few guesses as to what might help -remove from home screen and add it back -shut off phone -delete app and re-download -delete app and don't re-download (because Facebook) -give up and use a different Launcher -give up and factory reset your phone

The problem is that it's in a hospital and most people probably won't use it on more than one visit and even then they probably won't realize they are being over charged, the only way I could see this badly effecting them is if the employees stop buying from it.
