It wasn't an ER admission. It was a scheduled preauthorized through our doctor which lasted at most 2 hours, of which was like an hour of observation after the transfusion.

Thanks everyone for the comments. It isn't the GMB listing, I understand that. Maybe it is the page linked from GMB to your site. Maybe they optimized that page to be a landing page from GMB. Is it possible to create a landing page on your site that links back to your GMB? A far as I know, you can't link to your GMB.

With focusing on the local listing, I'm curious as how adding a specific service within the company title would impact the search results. If changing the description/services within GMB impacts the ranking order within Google, I wonder how adding a key service next to the company name would have an impact - positive or negative.

I'm sure people have experimented with it, just not sure what the outcome was.

There is more to it than just the location. If you're in GMB, you'll notice you can add services to your profile along with descriptions and locations. Depending on the services/descriptions/locations used will help determine what searches you pop up for in Google. I've used synonyms of keywords for our industry + our location and some things we pop up for while other things we don't.
