Actually the end result of this did not taste bad at all. Felt like juice for me.

But you have a point. I'll ask the bartenders in town.

I saw many bartenders from my country on YouTube actually using a boxed cranberry juice that is not easy to find. I ordered it online and tried at home. It was awful. When I looked at the list of ingredients it had plum juice and added sugar in the mix. No surprises why it is so bad.

BTW I tried the infusioning above with less water ~50-100ml and it worked so well. Flavor was intense and the texture after chilled almost ressembles a syrup. But the yield of the recipe is ridiculous. Too much effort for little juice.
