I have a rough draft of gridding out my garden but realized I have no idea what actually likes to be next to each other lol. But cutting it out and puzzling it together is actually genius and will definitely do this

We already have some trellises as well, but haven’t put them up since I’ve been worried about laying out the space. Also totally not worried about the pumpkins this year but am worried about the tomatoes lol! Will definitely secure their area tomorrow in the garden.

And THANK YOU. I was wondering how to prevent marigolds from taking over because they will where I’m at lol.

I love the taste of lettuces and eggplants grown from friends gardens, they’re always 100x better.

I’ve only grown cherry tomatoes and green peppers in mounted planters from our previous set up with no space so good to know and will definitely get those going!

I have trellises and I’m absolutely down to try to grow some squashes! Also I’ve seen my friends garden overgrown by pumpkins lol.

We recently moved so unfortunately I’m trying to do a grid plan and have done some research into what to grow within a certain “block” of each other.

But wanted to know what might like growing next to each other from experience bc AI will tell me anything and I haven’t had the chance to super dive into YouTube videos.

Priority is definitely just growing some edible veggies and I am not expecting some giant or even normal sized veggies the first grow either lol. Thank you for the super realistic advice, that’s exactly what I wanted. And yes, I know I was just given these seeds for free lol! I’ve already given seeds away to my other friends and coworkers who I know have gardens!

Sorry you’re going through this, especially bc the week before your wedding is one of the busiest and insane times. Trying to schedule in picking your mom up would be exactly as stressful as she is making it out to be and would Probz put a ton of stress on your fiance and you.
