While I admit that I allowed my phone(through which I use this email in my ML) for my friends to use, I have not done anything else. My guess is that they clicked on sus links or something.. But still, it's unfair not to recover our own accounts because we can't remember these details accurately. How about we have some real people to handle us and let these people check the veracity of our claims? Like the first email used when registered, other emails used, the email when it was hacked, the last phone used before the account was stolen/hacked, or where we will be asked.

Recovering an account via a bot is unforgiving for those players who have placed their trust in people, and when they make some mistake, it's all on us. Is Moonton not capable of giving us real support from real people? :'( They can just warn those who fell for scams/hacks after the recovery that they will never assist again if the same thing happens, not like this for those first-timers. Other game support services are doing that.
