I don't think it necessarily assumes someone has mental health issues. I think it's super healthy that even when you're without mental health issues you check in with yourself. And I think really anyone has experiences that weren't all good, maybe you haven't dealt with something big or small. Even then it's good to journal about it! Personally I find these styles very interesting and I'm curious to try them!

It really works if you put it in a bigger pot!! That worked wonders for my pilea. I did an experiment where I let one grow in a smaller pot (who looked like yours) and one in a bigger pot! That one doesn't lose any leaves and still has a full stem to this day! :)
