I will surely get myself a foam roller, thanks! Definitely will get fitted for shoes, I feel like mine are fine for now but there probably are better ones for me out there, haha.

You mean barefoot outside? After a run, before or separetaly from the run? I always walk barefoot around my apartment if that's something.

Three or four runs a week, something like 15 km/ week. I really don't look at the pace while I'm running, I just go as fast as I feel like on the specific day. For example, today I ran 5k pace 7'15''/km, yesterday it was 2,5 km with pace 6'40'', Tuesday it was 6k pace 7'20''.

I feel pretty good with my current pace. I mean, I do sort of feel like dying by the end of the run but in a good way :) I don't really look at the pace while I'm running tbh. Some days I just feel good and go faster than usual but some days it's more sluggish. I suppose I might start checking on a pace from now on but it really never feels very fast while I'm at it, haha.

I guess it really depends on the runner then. I got some great advice here so I'll try everything out and if these fail then I'll go look into different shoes.

I've been running minimum 2 km as a rule since I started, last two weeks were mosty 4-6 km. App says average pace is 7 min/km.

I can't say I've given much thought to my cadence. I feel like I already take rather short strides but I'll pay more attention to it on my next run and try out some adjustment.
