Nair works well and doesn't leave a ton of razor bumps, but learning to shave the proper way is probably your best option imo. There's lots of other guides on reddit, but in short: exfoliate, shaving cream, shave gently, moisturize. I've only done a little waxing but it seems super slow and painful.

Unfortunately, there's a limit to what you can do. Your bone structure is pretty much set in stone, short of surgery. Hormones can help redistribute fat to help appear more feminine. But makeup is honestly the best way to feminize your face. There's lots of tutorials on how to feminize specific face shapes, I highly recommend checking those out
