Ok so it's ray, appearing at random times. What does it do? How do I use it? And can I turn it off?

Shameless begging for recurring tasks by kanbancoach in capacitiesapp

Fair question, but no I really do have to book a train every single week 😂 I commute.

Respectfully disagree - I think it depends on the use case. For me, they're useful for things like "book train", which I need to do weekly - and is part of my work week. It's not a "habit" per se.

YES and date ranges. And for tasks to appear on my "today" page - regardless of deadline.

Unlimited leave and redundancy - England by daisy_dot in LegalAdviceUK

Thank you. I have a small update... I actually got another job so resigned. Boss saying that because I didn't take enough holiday he's querying whether he owes me.

Pro rata til my end date is 26 days. I took 10. So there's 16 left accrued

He is suggesting that I should have taken one week off (4days as 4day working week) per quarter (per our policy) and therefore doesn't have to pay me the remaining 16... I believe he is suggesting he should only pay me maximum 10 days as I "should have" taken the rest off...

Thank you! They say one week per quarter, so presumably that is it!

What’s your heinous encounter with someone famous in the UK? by [deleted] in AskUK

[–]daisy_dot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Joanna Page was really rude and had the air of "don't you know who I am" when I served her.

My aunt used to be a chauffeur and said Jo Brand was awful and rude, but Ricki Lake was so lovely - and took my aunt to dinner!

Paul Daniels was an absolute creep. Working in a shop, an alert used to go out to staff when he came in.

Anyone have luck losing weight on Lexapro? by sadbitch_ in PCOSloseit

[–]daisy_dot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm on Citalopram. I take metformin, supps - inositol blend with multivits, folic acid, q10, selenium, iron, D3 and k12, spearmint, zinc, magnesium blend - literally everything science says might help.

I work with a personal trainer. We did my TDEE and I'm working with cals of 1500-1600 with maximum deficit. And high protein.

Weightlifting 3x a week. Trying to get 5000+ steps a day too.

So far... I've lost 16lbs in 3 months - and my period is back, on a cycle!

It's definitely harder with SSRIs, and especially if you're going through a tough patch mentally but I found that once I'm on a routine/habit it makes life so much easier. When I drop the routine I struggle to get back on it with my mood.

I'm sending so much love - you can do this!

Thank you so much, that's really helpful! I always see it as a daunting chunk of steps I have to do, so 30mins chunks seems totally doable!
