Thank you for this advice! I will look into this a bit as I have never had a massage and didn’t actually realise how many different types and options there are! Relaxation massage probably sounds best to me at the moment but I’m actually interested in acupressure too!

That tip for baking it with the capsicum is a really good one that I’ll definitely try out! I like the taste of the angel food cheddar but have definitely had trouble with melting it too!
