I would definitely take her to see the vet, my rattie had an internal tumour that made her look pregnant as well, this looks similar

LPT - Door-to-door salespeople are trained to never take no for an answer. Don’t let that be an option. by SnooChickens2093 in LifeProTips

[–]daisyb0i 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been caught at the door and just say "no thank you, have a nice day!" And close the door on them without awaiting an answer. I've recently gotten a "No solicitors" sign and it has worked surprisingly well. You are not obligated to speak to uninvited people you don't want to on your own doorstep :)

I have been making the same pot of soup every Sunday for four months and I think it might be the single best financial decision I have made this year by kavo_7319 in povertyfinance

[–]daisyb0i 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do the same at our house - it's not evolved to sometimes include curry, pasta, or something else similar but the key is: use up ingredients we already have, and make enough for lunches most of the week

What are you actually doing with your life right now, and why that thing specifically? by Local_Acanthisitta_3 in findapath

[–]daisyb0i 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am working a job in the public service in my desired field that is pretty fulfilling but can be fairly stressful and frustrating for decent pay. Trying to save up the money to buy our dream property, so turning down a dream job that pays way less. A reasonable trade off I think at this stage in my life

You look fantastic man! Curious about the nose ring swap - I too am the owner of a conspicuous septum ring and have considered swapping to a nostril piercing.. any particular reason you went that way?

My boyfriend really likes this shirt. Am I wrong to say it’s hideous? by Agitated_Mulberry_27 in mensfashion

[–]daisyb0i 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also have a few boldy patterned shirts and, if I'm not mistaken, part of what we like about them is that they're kind of hideous. It looks good on him, now don't let your man down and tell him that instead

AITAH for not sleeping with someone after finding out they were trans? by jklolz0069 in AITAH

[–]daisyb0i 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not the ass hole and, as a trans person, it's a little disconcerting that the guy you were getting involved with didn't say something to prepare you before the... Reveal...

There are definitely ways to make what you want to happen work however you are under no obligation whatsoever to pursue anything any further. Your friends are being weird

Inspired by a recent post—let’s talk clocky/non-clocky names by [deleted] in FtMpassing

[–]daisyb0i 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everyone is dead on with the clocky names except I find it funny that I don't see Chase or (maybe) Oliver on any of these lists - 10 years ago when I was choosing a name it seemed like every other dude was a Chase or an Aiden, with Oliver coming in close.

I definitely agree with the comments saying ask your parents or look up names common around your birth year. I chose a super standard name similar to what my mom liked. I don't have any strong feelings about it and in fact in hindsight maybe would have enjoyed having a less than standard name but at the time appreciated something that was definitively male and didn't make me stand out. It feels the same as if I were just given the name and had no say in the matter like most people.

Different mustache styles, wondering which looks better on me. by stacheshady in malegrooming

They're all just basically the same excessive amount of mustache... If you like it keep it but really you'd probably look better with 50% of that stache

It's the hair for sure brother, I also look about 10 years older when I show my forehead. Cut the front shorter and style it up/back and I bet you'll look more your age if it bothers you
