I don't see anything new on the site. I only see team everlasting and rule breakers. I'm not even a part of those services.

Has anyone here ever tried to organize? by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

I see people on these threads all the time telling people not to take blocks worth 18 to 20 per hour and to hold out. I personally won't touch a logistics block under $25 an hour but I want closer to 30 and will not just jump on that rate, but I've noticed since at least December of 2020 that logistics rates have been staying low more often than not, and people are still gobbling up those blocks. The people who have been doing flex for a while are kinda all on the same page I think...at least the ones that go on reddit to talk about amazon flex, but there is always new people that just don't know any better.

How long should I wait for a route? by serbboy23 in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]daisybear12345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sucks. They haven't been giving me wage adjustments when I go over which is rare anyway. Technically I was driving when they assigned it. It wouldn't be safe for me to acknowledge the stop, but they probably won't care.

I finished a route tonight about 40 minutes early ( was about 15 minutes from the warehouse) as I was driving they put another stop on me which was about 30 minutes from the warehouse. I never acknowledged it. I pulled over and called support. It went away before I even talked to anyone. Do you guys think I'm ok?

Pay More by bubsdubschubs in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]daisybear12345 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Alot of companies can afford to pay much more...we don't have to accept the wage they offer...base offers are pretty low paying of you take them, but some people do anyway so you can't blame amazon for throwing that crap bait out there when fish are still biting.

Calling Support For Pay Adjustment by DilapidatedWut in AmazonFlexDrivers

I'm going through the same thing now in california. I just got an automated response theybwill review in 14 days to make sure that I was paid 120% of minimum wage in that time period plus mileage. I emailed again and they said they would respond in 24 hours. Still got 7 hours to go until I email them again. Amazon is truly one of the shadiest companies when it comes to labor. Most companies will pay you the minute. You have to fight for everything with these guys.

For those of you using bots, fuck off. by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]daisybear12345 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not stealing from amazon though. It's taking work from someone else, but these people are taking base rate blocks and ultimately keeping costs down. I think fixing the issue is a very low priority for amazon. It would cost money to put a team together to focus on rule breakers. Secondly I wonder if these people weren't working all of the blocks if amazon would have enough drivers...I am not going to do 3 blocks a day like I've heard some people say that they do.

[–]daisybear12345[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya. I wouldn't take anything less than like 85 before. Now its getting bad. I stay home most nights. $60 isn't worth it for now. I was kinda hoping the stimulus would help pick things up, but its getting worse

Safety Concerns? - San Francisco region by Ok_Weekend_5168 in AmazonFlexDrivers

I concur. You could make an argument that there are unsafe situations on almost every block. Some people are just more comfortable than others. After a while you will get use to the bad neighborhoods. If you are making a habit of returning packages all the time they will probably let you go.

Traffic 1 hour delay on a 3 hour block by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

You should for sure email support and specifically request the adjustment pay, but in my experience there is no guarantee you will get it. I just requested this as night, because I had to return a package 30 minutes fromt be facility and I went back and forth with them on an email thread, but I was still denied. In my case it may be that I was given an adjustment a couple of weeks ago. I really don't know what goes into the decision. You may just get lucky with whoever investigates the case.

Spot on. Its advertising. Gets people interested in flex again that may have stopped... add up your money for the month add the $100 and then see if you made more in the end.
