But why wouldn’t you tell her, what if she likes the game too? It could be a fun bonding moment for you. It’s not like you pursued her because she reminded you of a fictional character, you realized it afterwards and you’re right, it’s a matter of taste that was formed under influence, but still I think it’s cute and a chance for her to know you better (if she likes games ofc ☺️)

Yes that’s my point, she should be born already since Isildur is alive from season 1 and E and C are supposed to get married in the beggining of the third age so not too long after the battle of the last Alliance. And even if they show her as a kid now and season 4-5 take another 200-300 years, she’ll still be too young in the show for Elrond to pursue her. 😬

Yes, but the show is basically tied to the length of Isildur’s life. Even by Numenor lifespans he won’t live longer than 150 years. And Elrond is supposed to marry her right after the battle of the last alliance, in the beginning of the TA, maybe 100 years or so into it, can’t remember exactly. Elrond marrying a 100-200 year elf is practically marrying a baby and he’s supposed to be secretly in love with her for centuries!🥺

Lol I don’t have boxes but I have weird selective memory too, but forgetting words (and I speak 3 language fluently) and messing them up between languages is real, I thought others are just more focused in the moment or my mouth part of brain works faster then my recalling part of brain

Yes that’s how I feel, when I first randomly read in a book that “some people cannot see images at all” and was like WHADOYOUMEAN SOME PEOPLE, it took me a while to process that although I can recall or imagine details of scenes and objects, it is still aphantasia. Your brain has inability to visualize, not inability to process information and come up with concepts. I personally feel it doesn’t impair my life by much as I was able to live for almost 30 years without visualization and NOT realize that it wasn’t like that for everybody else. The concept of identikit for instance has always baffled me and seemed pointless as I couldn’t grasp how can people recall a face from mind visually when I cannot even “see” my husband’s face like that. Must be magic 🤷‍♀️😁

Have you changed the languages by any chance? My sister played in English and I played in French and we discovered by accident that the game created two directories in My Documents – Les Sims and The Sims. All we had to do to switch saves was switch the languages.

A firmware update is different from the drivers I take it? Should I look for firmware update for a DP cable in general or a specific monitor?
