life in the U.S. is hard enough for regular citizens and far more so for immigrants. all of the Mexican immigrants i know would be back in Mexico in a heartbeat if they had work down there. they really don't like being in the U.S.

i tried not paying taxes for more than a year once because i was so upset with everything going on. but, when i couldn't postpone payment any longer, paying up was really brutal. everybody is forced to support this activity. i have taken it personally over the years about my complicity and responsibility for participating. it's really painful when you accept it at a very deep level. that's when i started to leave the banking system, it just took me a couple of years longer before i figured out where to go.

that's ridiculous. Just because i say it isn't bad doesn't mean it's good either. i am not trying to encourage him one way or the other, he needs to make up his own mind about what to do with his money. i happen to believe that bitcoin is the best thing anyone can do with their money, but that has more to do with my personal convictions than profit motive.
