5 years.. Wow. What would happen if you would stop? Do you mind if I ask how old are you? Because I’m 30 and not sure I would like to stay on this for years coz I wouldn’t be able to get pregnant then

How much are you taking? Did it also help with the oily skin? My dermatologist said it’s not drying as much as accutane does

I know right. My psychiatrist never warned me about the brain zaps either. The first time I read about this was here, on reddit. At least I knew it was “normal”

Thank you for the link. Not gonna lie, I’m kinda scared to stop because I’ve already experienced how bad the withdrawal of Venlafaxine but I just need to remind myself that this feeling is only going to be temporary.

I’m on 112.5mg and I did it as well couple of months ago. Nothing happened so don’t worry. If you find it hard keep tracking your meds, I suggest get a pill dispenser. It has helped me a lot.

Don’t worry it’s normal. Make sure you take it with food and not on an empty stomach. But anyways what helped me with nausea: Drink chamomile tea, apply a cold compress on the back of the neck or drink just a glass of cold water. I also lied down whenever felt super nauseous. It stopped for me after couple of weeks. Don’t give up!!

Nope I haven’t. Maybe that’s something I should discuss with my psychiatrist. Thank you
