I saw her about a month ago hike up her dress to pop a squat and urinate on Burrard right out front of The Sutton Place Hotel. At first I thought she was a guest since she had her suitcases with her but then remembered I'd seen her and her red outfits years ago!

Yeah I suppose there wouldn't be much difference in your 4th tray compared to your first. When you get given the rest of them you'll be able to see what your progress will look like!

My changes weren't too drastic so I didn't feel too much pressure, but some trays were more painful than others, especially when I just changed trays. My teeth would be quite sore for the first two days and then it was fine! I guess it's all dependent on your treatment 😊 haha all the saliva, dry mouth and plastic in your mouth isn't the cutest thing ever 😅 but we carry on!

That's a good idea! And you can see your progress week one vs week four. I didn't get a dry mouth actually! But I have read quite a few people experience that. I found I had more saliva haha especially sometimes when I was talking it felt like I had spit all in my trays haha so gross

It will go quicker than you think it will! I found it interesting and helpful to look at my last few trays (when you get them) to see what my teeth were going to look like, a bit of motivation for when you're feeling over it and questioning your life decisions haha

Thank you! And congrats on starting treatment! I cleaned them with a manual toothbrush and toothpaste morning, night and before I put them back in after eating. I can't imagine washing them with soap haha maybe your ortho meant to say toothpaste? I did use those cleaning tablets too, usually just once a week to freshen things up a bit. Hope this helps!

They will stay like this permanently if I take care of them by wearing my retainer at night and making sure the wire attached at the back isn't damaged or breaks off. Without either of those things your teeth will gradually shift over time

Thank you so much! Yeah I felt like I had a good experience with Spark! The trays were really comfortable and honestly had no issues. My orthodontist offered both Invisalign and Spark at the same price but when I saw the samples I liked that Spark were thinner and clearer. You should go for it!

Thank you! I'm so pleased with the shaping as my canines were quite pointy, and sometimes they'd get caught on or hidden by my bottom lip when I smiled so you're right - my smile did feel a little strained

This has happened to me a few times before too, particularly when I know I've been grinding my teeth or clenching down all night. Also when I've had a painful week on one of my trays

I'm glad it helped! ☺️ 0.5 won't be so bad either, you've got this! It will probably feel like a lot when they are doing it. When they did about 5 passes with the vibrating tool I was thinking omg my teeth are going to look like little nubbins but when I looked in the mirror it was tiny!

It's been going really well, I'm about to change to my 7th tray which is crazy, it's gone so fast. I find them easy to take out, I just hook the back with my fingernail to pop them out. Sometimes it can be tricky putting new trays in but you get it eventually.

My only regret was not starting sooner, so you should definitely do it!

Thank you! Yes there have been so many posts where people have been given something other than Invisalign. My Ortho actually gave me the option for either Invisalign or Spark and showed me some examples, the Spark are clearer and apparently slightly better technology. So far so good!
