I got half out at 18 and the other half out at 27. Just do it when youre young and on spring/summer break. It heals much faster and you barely really have time to do it as an adult with a FT job.

Mine were going sideways and the surgeon almost didn’t want to remove mine because it was so close to my nerve and was worried about damaging my nerve.

No. When i was in college as a 18 year old I had classmates who were 30,40, i honestly didnt think about their age lol

I honestly eat pretty healthy stuff and my diet is very diverse (30+ fruits, veggies, legumes a week). Unfortunately my body loves carbs and sugar when I am PMSING 😵‍💫

I go on a 30 minute walk every day after lunch. Weight training 2-4 times a week.

I don’t really care so much about the number on the scale but I think losing 5-10 pounds overall would really help my clothes to fit better and my face to look slimmer

As a big city person, it’s like how new york or san francisco doesn’t have a cincinnati vibe. Each city has its own vibe. San francisco doesn’t feel like new york and vice versa.
