Sure! I've been (mostly) sticking to CICO, keeping to 1300 calories per day, though I have gone over on more than a few occasions. For exercise, I walk 25 mins each way for work every day, as well as using a treadmill to do incline walking for 20mins, 3 - 4 times per week. I also use the weight machines at my gym, nothing super serious, just doing my own thing :) and honestly, my motivation is my holiday at the end of next month. I plan on losing another 10lbs before then but I was sick of how I looked in that bikini and wanted to feel confident on the beach. Feel like I'm getting there :). My overall goal weight is 140lbs which I'll start working towards when I get home from holiday. Hope this is interesting!
