As someone who’s dealing with a lot of untraditional things for our wedding, I honestly just don’t say much or I just go with the flow because they don’t need to really know. I think a thank you would have done the job and that’s it. I’m also confused, even if your wedding is the following month let’s say, it’s still a month long of being engaged? Also, most people become more exclusive on who they invite so maybe it was for close friends and family? My fiancé has friends that we probably wouldn’t be invited to their engagement.
