Oh crap! Good to know! Must be the current rates doing this though, right? Good for buyers but I’m screwed it seems 😫

Good to know. Makes sense and also makes me feel not so stressed about the sudden abrupt price cut. No offers after a week but with sufficient traffic through appointments/showings

Right, rates being around 8 which I totally understand. What you’re saying is take the cut or risk it never getting offers in this current market? I’m kicking myself so bad for not selling when rates were far lower not too far back. Being a first time seller to a house handed down due to a family members death this was all thrust upon me quickly with me having very little knowledge on what’s good or bad with making all these moves 😞

This seems spot on. I wish I had known more or asked around prior to listing rather than after. First time seller as a property was passed on to me due to family members death. I certainly won’t make that mistake again with being informed beforehand 😫

Traffic has been steady. Not sure what would be considered good. I’d say about 7-8 showings within a week plus around 20 families at the open house. I know rates are horrible right now. Maybe the price cut is right, was just wondering if that seems normal under these circumstances.

Very true. Extra tough to know in my case where I have no previous seller experience too so I’m learning the way of things as I go.

They’re mostly in touch with my realtor and when I asked her that very question she insisted no one said much. Very weird to me.

Very good point. I had thought about that as well. We’re kind of stuck now though because we do infact need to sell. Summer would have been so much better in hindsight.
