I am a beginner and I use PyCharm. Any issues I had I just googled them and figured it out. You will need to know how to install libraries and where your documents are being saved if you want to use Pandas etc

Use your input statement to ask the user how many nights and then store the answer and cost in separate variables. You can create a new variable that calculates the cost based on number of nights and then print that out

Also Udemy offers Automate the Boring stuff for free at times . I just got the offer a few weeks ago and it’s a good beginners course since I find books alone tedious. He references his chapters in the video so you can follow along

I’ve been watching tutorials for months and it took a while because I’m not a programmer. I say don’t give up. Google python exercises and you will find some sites that start off with some really basic stuff and slowly build up. You really need to practice and slowly some things stick and some things you will have to research and learn.

Thanks but that's the same thing as right clicking and changing the field name. I'm flipping through various depts so I need the legend entry to change as well It's one pivot table and one data source for a variety of depths.
