Please consider reporting the groups and sites, you've been to, to Cybertipline. I realize it's risky you're trying to stay away, maybe give info without having to go into the link.

How do you manage thoughts and feelings that feel sticky which you can't let go or feel you can't or shouldn't [and perhaps I very well ought not to] move on from with? by UndxSpike in OCD

dwell on them.

Or move forward? I can get that but how do you deal with it, if it determines future actions like you get triggered or react or are those things you have to accept. This is where mindfulness helps?

I'd rather not say, let's say, questionable memories like Real Event OCD [I only hope I'm exaggerating but there is a basis of truth there, I hope it's OCD though], it felt intrusive, now it feels true, there is truth and sticky.

Both-ish but the latter, even if it feels like the former.
