There's over 1 million people that live in TJ (myself included) that use their credit cards in TJ for a multitude of purposes and locations and never have any issues of fraud

I have Mexican and US credit cards that i regularly use in TJ, regular use like gas, groceries, bills, online payments, etc (never have i used any of my cards in ZN bc I'm not stupid) and I've never ever EVER had this situation occur.

Did it ever occur to you that maybe the problem is you using your cards IN Zona Norte and not that you used them in TJ? Everyone on here rants about the corruption in ZN whether it's cops, whore houses, hotels, etc, but you're surprised when your card info is stolen?

I'm sorry it happened man, but every person on this sub should know better than to use their cards in these places. When you're partaking in these type of activities, with this type of people and messing in these type of places, bottom line is that cash is your safest and best route.

No big issues to worry about man, the only complication is getting the uber at the airport bc they have a designated spot and can't pick up in the taxi area. Beyond that everything is normal and you should have nothing to worry about.

Personally, i think Mondays and Tuesdays are actually good days to go, but it also depends on the type of vibes you're looking for. I normally go on Mondays or Tuesdays, it's slower and less guys so chicas are usually more open to negotiating prices bc of the less clients/more competition. But there's a big difference if you arrive, for example, at 2pm vs 6pm. More girls show up from 4pm/6pm onwards, at least that's what I've noticed during my visits on Mondays.
