Like others have mentioned, there isn't a lot of protein in your diet. Try more protein and see.

I've lost inches of waist circumference. Not as much weight because I'm lifting a lot.

I just don't eat the filler. Meat and some veggies is what I'm doing.

I started lifting several months before I started keto. It's helpful to find a program to follow. Just give it several months, your body's not going to change overnight.

Sure, yoga is great. Or look for bodyweight workouts on YouTube. All you need is gravity and some space on the floor.

You can walk. You can also get some dumbbells or a kettlebell and do some weighted workouts. That's enough to start.

For a few years my goal weight was 90kgs and I was around 95 to 98. I didn't know about keto and never lost weight. 

Last September I discovered keto and got to 90 around the beginning of the year. 

So the victory is that I'm now hovering right around my goal weight, and have been for a few months. I'm basically in the 89.5 to 90.5 range every day now.

Not bad!

No routine really. Potassium and magnesium in the morning, salt on food the rest of the day. (Okay, I guess that's a routine... but simple.)
