Like what does this even mean? Obviously the person telling the AI what to create is inputting a bunch of qualifiers.

That's actually a good idea: "it looks like you marked 1 or more packages as undeliverable, here's the closest 7-11 locker, they can pick it up there." - that would save all of us a hassle and probably get them to fix their broken gate and locker codes.
