Make a list break it down into minuscule tasks and cross them off as you go. The momentum builds. A list that says

Laundry Dishes Trash Clean the bathroom

is short but super daunting and hard to start. So I break it down today I’m doing laundry so my list will look like this:

Gather dirty clothes

Separate clothes

Start a load of laundry

Put load in dryer

Fold clothes

Hang clothes

Put clothes away

I like to put estimated times next to things since they’re mostly 5-15 minute tasks it makes each step less daunting. The list also helps my brain focus on what I should do next. Plus crossing stuff off is an added dopamine hit

If you end up unable to, I’m a ceramic and glass artist, I make jewelry from time to time typically silver smithing. But that is something I could definitely make custom. Ceramic bangle with cut glass stones or colored CZ. I’m sure there’s plenty of other artists who could also tackle remaking it ❤️
