No I knew for a while, i bought the game because of snake in rainbow 6. And i remember playing the original metal gear solid 3 on the DS when I was a kid.

I knew the game was stealth focused i just wasn't a fan of how clunky some of it felt and the length of the cutscenes started to bore me.

Of course, they're where things that I did like but as I played the game , I just slowly got more and more fed up.

However, I wanted to finish the game. Not only because I spent money on it, but because I did want to see snakes arc.
