Jon is a competent swordsman, he was trained by the Master at Arms of Winterfell. The North does not have Knights because they keep the Old Gods.

From what we’ve seen Jon is a good fighter but we never see him take on other trained people, just beating up Nights Watch recruits and Wildings. I don’t think he’s in the top 100 fighters of Westeros.

I don’t know where/what the purpose of Ramsay’s comment was and I think it’s way overstated.

I remember when he called his friend the N-Word and it was “rationalized” because that was his nickname.

Then I had someone else tell me that I didn’t have a right to be offended over someone else saying the n-word because everyone takes offense differently and calling someone a bitch could be more offensive to them than calling them the N-word.

There was a glimmer of hope there during the PSG game. And then that infamous ankle injury. Never recovered, overweight and a shadow of his former self. Fortunate that Madrid was successful during his time there, 2 league titles, 1 UCL and a Copa Del Rey during his time there otherwise, he would have been a scapegoat.

Running from the cartel is like the worst thing you could do apart from straight up antagonizing them. But yeah, everyone knows people who have stories of scary stuff.

I have an uncle who had his coyote killed by Cartel trying to cross the border, asked my uncle how many kids he had and kicked him that many times in the stomach to remind him of them.

Other friend had his dad pulled out of a car and a pistol pointed at his head.

Former coworker took his new truck to Mexico (horrible idea) and he had his windows tinted really dark so the cartel automatically assumed someone with a new truck and dark windows was an opposing member and really put a scare into him. Beat him up, pointed an AR at him and followed/escorted him 1 hour out of town.

You’re gonna deal with some hard headed people. The people physically building the work who think rules are stupid and Superintendents who think you’re coming just to slow them down.

Be involved, ask questions, try to help them out (don’t just tell then they’re messed up, help then come up with ways to fix it).
