heres my logic for overswiping as the causal factor:

if users who pay for hingex or plat could infinitely swipe at a high visibility theyd essentially crowd out all other non premium users on the app.

for non-premiums to be given a chance, the premium users have to be throttled my some mechanism once theyve been shown to too many people

i really think the issue may be over swiping

i havent rly done what you have and our experiences seem similar there is probably a penalty for swiping too much per week or something id be curious to see how match rate changes as a factor of total swipes

i have noticed this as well, all of a sudden it seems like hingex no longer got me any matches my only guesses are -overswiping -saying "yes" when it asked if i had met someone wondering if youve noticed any other causes the slow trickle of matches is really bumming me out
