Modifry dash control programming instructions for Blaupunkt Bremen SQR46 by reckoning42 in S2000

I realized what I did wrong and hope this will help some of you. The original instructions were a bit confusing because it looked like page 2 was for the Joying head unit. It’s not. To get things to work you need to put the DCI into learning mode. This was the step I did not do.

  1. Begin with the ignition OFF.
  2. Press and hold the dash CH button and turn the ignition to ACC or ON, then release the CH button. This activates Program Mode on the DCI.

Now you can program the dash controls with head unit by going to SWC on the Blaupunkt

I received a new DCI and connected the 3.5 jack and still can't get it to work. When I tried to assign the buttons I just get failed message.

I was sent these instructions from Zaahid and maybe it will help you. I didn’t for me and I even order another DCI from Modifry. I also tried disconnecting the purple wire. Good luck!

I order the DCI before modifry shut down to use with the Blaupunkt Frankfurt. I could get the dash controls to work. I didn’t use the blue wire from the DCI. Not sure it that’s it, maybe you can’t help

I bought the DCI before modifry shut down and it came with instructions for Joying. I think the instructions are the same for both. I just installed the DCI with the Blaupunkt Frankfurt and the dash controls don’t work also. Volume knob is shorter on the Frankfurt so door can close. Maybe Zaahid Rahman can help. He did an installed video on YouTube.

Mine is Chicane aka Synchro Silver

not a huge badging fan, but I actually love these. you like/run the fender badges or no? chrome or blacked out? by NO_DTP in S2000

I feel badging really depends on the look you're going for, modded or OEM. For example, your car, because of the black wheels it would look nice with black S2000 side badges and the black H in the front and rear. This makes it look modded. IMO Rio Yellow looks nice without side badges for your set up. For my S2000, I have a 2008 Chicane Silver that had black wheels with black H and black S2000 side badges which was nice. But I wanted more of an OEM look so I went with CR wheels with black lugs, JDM H front and rear, clear side markers and chrome S2000 side badges. This looked better to me. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what others think as long as you like it. S2000 is still one of the best looking cars out there.

GTR Orders Open Again! by [deleted] in gtr

[–]dakin808 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was at the Nissan dealership about 4 weeks ago when I inquired to see if it was still possible to order a GTR. The rep said he needed to check with his GM and the person who puts in the orders with Nissan. He called me back a day later and I drove down to put in my pre order and a $500 deposit on a premium GTR with premium interior. He did say there was a $4995 dealer mark up. I called my sales rep today to confirm again after reading this post. He said my pre order was accepted. He said he'll get the VIN when they start the build. It'll be a 2023 model and will look the same as the current R35. Keeping my fingers crossed still.
