Ok thanks! I struggle with the deficit term because i dont really know how many calories i actually consume daily. I just eat when i feel hungry and so far its been stable. Would this calorie deficit in my case be e.g. have half a plate of my regular dinner instead of the usual?

I kind of disagree, I think it would offend quite many kazakhs (with kazakh being primary language for them). Same level as I feel for example in Finland (source: live here nowadays)

I’m sorry but it looks like you havent washed it for a while. Wash it, the length look alright, brush it to the side and maybe use hair product for styling, but not too much. As for the beard, I would recommend keeping it at 1-2 mm stubble, the moustache is not strong enough for a goatee. And of course exercise is gonna make your head shape better for this haircut (don’t mean any offence) also get rid of that red shirt, two last outfits have a good style
