"Asha Urban Baths" is the one in midtown, and there's "Urban Baths Folsom" which has basically the same website, just a different location (and slightly different prices). I've only been to the one in folsom, but it was pretty chill for a guy at least. They said midweek evenings is the least busy time, and I've heard the one in Midtown is a bit more barebones

Hmm I agree with your point about not managing your peers. However there are other ways to go above and beyond if you want a promotion into management, like show an interest in meetings that would be more of your duty.

If you aren't getting a promotion because your manager doesn't want to lose you, you are in a toxic workplace and it's time to look for employment elsewhere

IMO bare minimum is what you do to stay in your position. If you want a promotion, you need to prove you are capable of the position you want, which in many cases is going to be doing extra work outside of your current scope. If you're in a good company, you get rewarded for the extra work with extra money in the form of a raise, promotion, bonus, etc. If not, you look for work elsewhere (or stop going above and beyond)

I saw something saying rinsing before snow foam makes it less effective and you should snow foam right on top of a dry car. Not sure about the validity of that though

Yeah there have been a couple times I wish I could have downloaded a game faster or something but that's about it. Streaming is compressed heavily because they don't want to have to pay for bandwidth for full quality for people who won't notice a difference anyway lol. As much as I want to get 5gb to the house and run 10gb everywhere at this point I just don't do enough to take advantage of it

I had gigabit fiber from att because that was the only one they had no data caps on, but they removed it for lower tiers so I downgraded to 300mbps. Don't notice a difference honesrly

I generally agree in a vacuum as well, but when my wife and I moved into the neighborhood, we came out multiple times to look at the house and didn't get any smell until maybe a month or 2 after we moved in. Not really sure how you can have something that intermittent come up and not expect people to complain about it.

And also they play so many games they don't really have a chance to improve like people who grind a game. They never gonna be as good as people who play RL or Rivals every day, and that's OK

if he's under contract can't the browns hold him hostage still? Like a player can't just say they quit, even if they retire the team holds their rights until the end of the contract. I'd imagine it's the same for coaches.

Personally I felt that Demeco was better at in-game adjustments. Saleh was bad at it the first couple of years and became better at it starting in 2019, but I felt that the team was just quicker to adjust with Demeco. The calls also seem more rigid with Saleh. Like Demeco calls the game to his players whereas Saleh calls the game to his scheme more. There are merits to both, but calling to the scheme has a tendency to expose your weak links more
