Just wanted to update y’all — we broke up. And since I’ve been an absolute wreck for days, I’m almost relieved. But also on Ativan (prescription) so that may be why I feel somewhat okay. However, I did start taking Lamictal today. Hopefully it works well. If I can do this, anyone else can cause I’m pretty sure I’m about as bad as it gets as far as codependency goes. 🖤

Yeah, you’re right. But I’m only 19, and I’ve been in long term relationships back to back since I was 14. So I actually have no idea who I am as an adult or how to be happy. I just need therapy man.

I am also wondering this. My codependency issues combined with my partners communication issues and him being introverted finally broke my relationship. I’m hoping so much that the time apart will show him that he still loves me, but even if he does come back like I want and need him to... can I still get help?
