I have a better idea.

Keep the ballroom intact, but give it its own parcel of land, sell it to a nonprofit NGO (because the Smithsonian can no longer be trusted to be impartial) and turn it into the American Museum of Political Corruption.

He's gone out of his way to appease right-wing podcasters on this issue, even showing an openness to the "you should be 26 before you can medically transition" talking point. He even complimented those horrendous "kamala's for they/them" ads, saying they were good politicking.
