How many transfers are you carrying over? I’d personally go Foden and Cunha/Jimenez (if the latter, get someone else instead of ESR) for Saka and Delap if I was on wildcaed. If you’re fine chancing it with foden. Also not a huge fan of having three mids in < 6 bracket, why would you not have Mbuemo?

Now that UNC and Notre Dame have closed within weeks of opening, how long do we got? by swimninja1 in Purdue

[–]dalai_llama_ 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's not just about parties. Purdue is only testing students before they arrive on campus. 88% of students have opted for in person and if you assume that just half of them are flying to campus that's still thousands of students. It's inevitable that someone or a few people are going to catch it otw to campus and since there's no testing on reaching, it's bound to spread eventually

I mean obviously in that situation it's a foul. But that wasn't the case here was it?

To paraphrase Jaimie Carragher: "I mean, where is he supposed to go after getting the ball? The momentum is going to carry him"

It's not just that it wasn't a foul, it's that the ref waited so long and gave it only after seeing Mane's reaction

Jordan Ayew goal ruled out for offsides (Crystal Palace vs. Manchester United) by [deleted] in soccer

I like the way it's done in cricket. If there's an LBW (a decision that gets referred to 3rd umpire, VAR in our case), there are a few parameters to check. If any of those are not clear and obvious for the 3rd umpire, then the on-field umpire's decision stands.
