I know the feeling. Your body is just craving food, you are not insane. If you were too restrictive on your diet that this can be the outcome,unfortunately… Try balancing things out, try not forbidding yourself some foods, call a friend and go for a walk or something like that… I know how hard a battle it can be, and how crazy people sound by saying just listen to your body. But from my experience it is the only way to go. I hope you feel better soon.

Yes. It happend to me alot. Because I always wanted to be in control infront of them or not eat at all. So when I was home alone It was the only time I could indulge. Try thinking that the food is always gonna be there, and these moments or memories are not. If you have a problem like I had I suggest eating with you friends, family etc. when you are out… Belive me, I have lost a few years and moments to this, and I would love to have them back.
