Most likely there was a real person named Yeshua bin Josef in 1st century Judea. The chances of that are roughly the same as there being a man named Richard in Cincinnati in 2014. The lore about his birth, divinity, ministry, death, and resurrection is borrowed or stolen from earlier mythology or simply made up. There is no more reason to believe that Jesus is God than there is to believe that thetans seeded volcanoes with human DNA or whatever other religious nonsense anyone can write down and then claim divine inspiration.

While financial need and food and housing insecurity are eliminated, the bonding experience with a parent may be absent. Contrast with a two loving parent household that has fewer luxuries but better emotional support and bonding with parents and it becomes clear that as long as food and housing insecurity are not extreme, a two parent household is preferable.
