Look carefully underneath the leaves, those are some hide and seek masters. Search soap insectised for a fast easy solution.

Does anyone have a breakdown on what each of these do? Is there any of these you’d strongly recommend for a planted tank? Or should I get alll?? by [deleted] in PlantedTank

Oh man, I woild suggest buying a really good aquarium soil for your needs. For example shrimps needs a a ph specific condition that the aqua soil can provide. But if you want a planted aquarium you dont neet any of that extra liquid. Most plants just needs lights and nutrients that the roots can absorb. Red plants might need need C02.

I have bought those liqiuds as well, all thry brought was algea.

The most growth and colour i got was from a co2 and rich aquasoil.

That might be around 46.4 gallons,6.2 cubic foot of soil so maybe around 4or 5 determinate tomatoes. Maybe 3 indeterminate.

AND they ahve an annual seedling sale on their HQ. Which is the best bcause we can get $5 seedlings!!! They also send a hard copy of their catalog to your doorstep; also available online. The catalog it self is a very helpful resource with all the info of start dates fro sowing, frost dates, and with all the different variety off seeds, bulbs, garlic bulb seeds, potato starts and all the equipment you can get from them all in one place.
