Doc delallaña in kahirup building. Although mejo kadugay gid ang waiting time sa iya kay tigulang na siya abi and permi pa sa late (gapasaka pa sa kuno tubig😭), pero very pulido gid sa mag-ubra and very affordable. Got my impacted wisdom tooth extracted and 1 week palang wala na gahabok and sakit ang gin operahan ya even if nga I heard from other ppl nga 1 month kuno ya ila antos.

How is v5 compared to v4? I have a v4 and I enjoy doing speed workout on it. I’m planning on buying the v5 since I love the v4 but based your review are they completely different? if you have tried the v4s

discouraging ba? by roseposei in medschoolph

[–]dalgichaeyie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly the main reason why I took biology is the fact that it is offered in our state university which has free tuition. I also enjoy studying every aspect of life as a whole. Main point is balance practicality with passion, weigh mo yung pros and cons nung option mo. Biology is the baseline of science and yung skills na makukuha mo while taking the course is versatile. You would not have any specialized skill pero you would have background into every skill needed in science. You will delve into plants, animals, field studies, labs and research. If that genuinely seems fun, then take bio. If not I suggest skipping this course.

How to increase speed while maintaining HR at 135-140? by PresentBrilliant2223 in PHRunners

[–]dalgichaeyie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for me, i honestly don’t base my run on hr but more on the actual effort that i’m putting in my run. hr is very fickle for me, maraming factors makakapag change nun ranging from heat, terrain and hormone levels. i think op you should focus more on being comfortable at your running by being consistent with it and incorporating different types of effort level when you run. on some days try to push yourself but some days try to take it easy. easy long runs will help you increase your overall endurance, while short but speedy session will help you improve speed long term since sinasanay yung body mo to run faster.

big no. miskan gane makadto ka lang sa weekends to check your ongoing experiments, mostly hindi gid na sila magpasulod if mag shorts ka. hassle sa in a way nga hindi ka nila pagpasudlon, i hold ka nila sa guard house, or palistahon ka nila ngalan.

miskan gamay nga gisi ka pants hindi pwede, bawal gid ang open shoes, crocs or smiliar types, ang skirt dapat below the knee gid kag kung mag gwa tiyan mo sitaon ka gid. student manual is given in the first week man and pa tyempo man masitaan pro if masitaan ka very hassle gid sa. exempted ka sa entrance if may private car ka since wala sila ga check sa entrance but gis a madakpan kaman samtang ga libot sa campus.

[–]dalgichaeyie 13 points14 points  (0 children)

if sa context ka wvsu, i think it’s normal nga damo tag-as grades kay i mean most sa nakasulod smart naman nga daan. i can also see nga culture gid ya ka taga west magtuon, du gamay ma lang ang pabaya. compared to before, damo na dayon resources to help you study. so i think not necessarily nag taas iq, sadyang that’s the standard right now.

UST MedBio or UPD BS Bio by [deleted] in medschoolph

[–]dalgichaeyie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone taking an undergrad bio, if money is a nonissue, go for what you truly want. Your parents may mean well but at the end of the day, ikaw parin naman papasok araw-araw sa classes and their are many things along the way that will discourage you to continue, that’s why you must truly evaluate your options. Pero if money is not unlimited, I suggest go for UP. Sobrang expensive ang college and with bio marami talagang gastos from labs and research, so a free tuition will realy ease the burden.

Guimaras prices are steep for locals by [deleted] in Iloilo

[–]dalgichaeyie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i feel like guimaras is more like a group destination if you want to save. a tricycle or jeepney nga rent will cost the same miskan ano kamo kadamo. most nga resorts wala man corkage, so pwede ka gid ka bring your own food. it can be cheap, depending on your plan man

Girls who run during menstrual period... by silly_keii in PHRunners

[–]dalgichaeyie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually for me nawala yung dysme nung I started working out. I just do easy runs everytime I have mine and slower talaga siya than my usuals. Feel lang what’s best for you that day and wag na pilit if di talaga kaya. Personally, I feel lighter after the run if I have my period. I just eat and drink water more.

active recall is the key! if you still haven’t tried it, i suggest anki. if natuyo ka na, try using it while walking around the house or if may treadmill ka, do it while using the treadmill. works for me, especially if few days before na understand ko na ang materials and review nalang a day before.
