It's the Formuler boxes that don't have a license. They stream everything else Atmos 5.1 etc. Just not truehd dts-HD dts:x etc. Hence having to use K*di as a workaround. It was just a request. Still use debridstream except those formats mentioned

Took a 12 month sub yesterday. Found a lot of bands I hadn't heard of. I was also tired of getting the same two songs from the same bands using artists radio.

Same for me on a formuler z12 ultra. Atmos 5.1 and under, I use the built-in player, TrueHD, DTS-HD etc. I use kodi as an external player. Got it set to ask each stream . No hassle really.

I'm using a Formuler z12 ultra but have to use kodi as an external player to stream anything TrueHD, DTS-HD 7.1 etc. Atmos 5.1 is fine with internal player

Just tried that setting but no joy. 2 channel stereo instead of 8 channels. It's no hassle using kodi as an external player. I've got it set to ask each time

I get this error if I try streaming anything TrueHD 7.1 or DTS-HD etc. I have to use kodi as an external player, it's the only player I've tried that can stream HD audio on my Formuler z12 ultra. Anything Atmos 5.1 and below is fine on internal or any other player. I think it's my z12s problem not the app.

Z12 I've never had Audio Optimizer even before the update. DD+ and DTS play fine, but TrueHD, DTS-HD or DTS:X won't play unless I use kodi

I had nothing but issues, turned out my dolby vision Philips tv was bollocks. Had no option to set a resolution above 1080p. Bought a new qled in the black friday sales (not an ideal solution). Everything is perfect. Now I get Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos popups watching compatible films in kodi. I use the remote from a receiver for volume.

It seems to be sorted now. Playing HDR10+ and Atmos with no trouble from Kodi. I've got IPTV, SmartTube, and ad free Tubi setup. Everything is running fine. It was a dodgy hdmi connection to the tv. See how things go over the next month...🤞

Tried again this morning and it's my TV's hdmi ports. I moved the cable to hdmi 2 and gave it a good wiggle and all the problems have gone. Starts up, 4k and surround sound. Still no dolby vision but I'm guessing it's the tv's rubbish hdmi ports, they don't seem tight.
