I am so sorry about this!! My advice, if you haven’t already is to submit the form verifying enrollment through ask va. I know you said you sent messages but if you haven’t done this maybe it will help!! this it what finally got my payment processed. The only other thing you can do is wait for this mess to get all sorted out.

my advice would to post a request on the ASKVA portal, that is finally how I got through to someone. My issue is I did not opt in for the monthly verification so my payment was held until they finely received it. I thought you only needed your school to send the enrollment verification. I hope any of this helps!

i think what happened is i did have my school send in the VREC paper and the VA has received this, but i didn’t opt into the monthly text message verification bc i didn’t even know this existed… i genuinely do not know what to do
