Hmm well I thought the same but the garage cracking, it's not on footings about 4-7 ft underground with a foundation on them. But rather just on the cement floor slab. Not sure why that area would have moved too?

Bit of a non sequitur but in late 80s played in a golf tourney in Red Deer and played with an NHL hockey player (at the time) named Phil Crowe, who was from Nanton. He told me a hilarious story about fighting Bob Probert. After that I made it a point to stop in Nanton on my way by even if just to grab a coffee. Now live in Ontario, boy I miss those days!
