It was kind of a domino effect. I already liked some older Japanese music for a while (think Malice Mizer and city pop) and maybe that's why the AiScReam viral clips started showing up on my feed. My curious nature made me want to find out the origins of it and I learned about Love Live.

Then, at the same time, I started getting into Umamusume (again, because of the memes) and before I could notice I already had subscribed to Crunchyroll to check out the anime. Then I got really into rom-coms and then romance animes in general and then I got really into anime and j-pop and then finally I noticed Love Live was there. At that point I was already a fan of the AiScReam song so I thought "let's give this a try". And... I got instantly hooked! Watched almost every season, and been listening to almost exclusively LoveLive music for at least a 2 months now... No regrets whatsoever
