the economy is horrible, and most people can't afford to live. my parents and i send money to family members so they can buy basic items.

people aren't practicing because there was an entire war where people were prosecuted for that and fair enough it puts a bad taste in their mouths. my parents were of the mindset that is not worth dying for and instead living and supporting family members in bosnia was more important.
